LOW-CALORIE BERRY CRUMBLE

INGREDIENTS FOR THE CRUMBLE TOPPING:
1 Cup rolled oats
1 Cup unsweetened applesauce
½ Cup finely ground almond flour
1-2 Tbsp granulated stevia
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
Cinnamon
INGREDIENTS FOR THE BERRY FILLING:
4 Cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
2 Tbsp finely ground almond flour
1-2 Tbsp granulated stevia (more if the berries aren’t as sweet)
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350F
Combine all the crumble topping ingredients in one bowl and the berry crumble ingredients in another bowl
Grease a deep dish (9 inch square cake pan), place the berry filling evenly in pan and top with the crumble topping
Bake for an hour and then broil on high for 2-3 minutes to make it golden brown on top
Serve as is or with a scoop of @halotopcreamery oatmeal cookie lower calorie/ lower sugar ice cream
