INGREDIENTS FOR THE FILLING:
1 Small/medium honeycrisp apple
1 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
1 Stevia packet (or sweetener of choice)
Lots of cinnamon
Pinch of salt
INGREDIENTS FOR THE CRUMBLE:
3 Tbsp gluten-free old-fashioned rolled oats
1 Tbsp finely ground almond flour
1 Stevia packet
½ Tbsp coconut oil
Lots of cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 F
Chop apple into small cubes and place in a bowl
Combine all if the filling ingredients and transfer into a ramekin (the small dish used for baking and serving)
In a bowl, add all crumble ingredients except the almond milk.
Combine well with a fork. Then add almond milk and combine well.
Place crumble on top of apple filling
Bake for about 40 minutes (not all the way on the top rack. Middle one is good!)
Broil on high (on the top rack) for 2-3 minutes until golden brown
Enjoy as is or with ice cream! I love @halotopcreamery or @eatenlightened for a lower-calorie, lower-sugar ice cream option!

NOTE☝️: I only did one serving of the crumble, but if you’d like you can double the portion of crumble. You can either put all of it on top or mix half into the apple mixture (with another tablespoon of almond milk mixed in) and the other half on top! 😋
