CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH BALLS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup gluten-free old-fashioned rolled oats

  • 2 Tbsp granulated stevia

  • 2 Scoops @vitalproteins unflavored collagen peptides (can omit if vegan)

  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • Pinch of cinnamon

  • 3 Tbsp @lilys_sweets_chocolate stevia-sweetened mini chocolate chips


DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a food processor, pulse the oats until they become a fine flour

  2. Then add all the other ingredients except the chocolate chips and mix on high until it becomes a dough

  3. Remove the blade, add chocolate chips and mix by hand

  4. Scoop out 1 tbsp of mixture at a time and roll into balls

  5. Let sit in the refrigerator at least 20 minutes and enjoy! 😋
