CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH BALLS

INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup gluten-free old-fashioned rolled oats
2 Tbsp granulated stevia
2 Scoops @vitalproteins unflavored collagen peptides (can omit if vegan)
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Pinch of cinnamon
3 Tbsp @lilys_sweets_chocolate stevia-sweetened mini chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS:
In a food processor, pulse the oats until they become a fine flour
Then add all the other ingredients except the chocolate chips and mix on high until it becomes a dough
Remove the blade, add chocolate chips and mix by hand
Scoop out 1 tbsp of mixture at a time and roll into balls
Let sit in the refrigerator at least 20 minutes and enjoy! 😋
